Mizanek does not hold a financial advisory or brokerage licence, does not manage or hold your money, and does not execute any transaction on your behalf.
No advisory or consultancy relationship
Mizanek is a self-service analytics tool. Using it — including every AI feature — does not create an adviser–client, consultancy or fiduciary relationship. AI output is automated analysis generated from the numbers you provide, shown for education; every decision you make remains entirely your own.
Figures are illustrative
Default values in the calculators are examples you should replace with your own. Typical costs (rents, fees, rates) are estimates that change over time — always confirm current figures with the relevant provider or authority.
Rules change — verify at the source
UAE regulations, fees, tax bands, free-zone rules and visa criteria change. We work to keep them current and cite official sources, but always verify the live rule with the regulator (CBUAE, MOF/FTA, SCA, DFSA/FSRA, ICP, DED/DET) before acting.
AI can be wrong
The AI features can make mistakes or misread context. Treat their output as a starting point to check, not a final answer — especially for anything consequential.
Alerts & scam content
The alerts feed republishes official warnings and attributed published news. Mizanek does not itself accuse any company of wrongdoing; always verify a firm's licence on the official register before acting, and report fraud to the authorities.
Your data
Your saved data (watchlists, scenarios, transactions, reminders) is private to your account and protected by database row-level security. Imported statements are stored to power your tracker; you can delete your data at any time.
