Terms of Service

Mizanek is an educational personal-finance tool for people in the UAE. It shows calculations, analytics and AI-generated insights based on numbers you provide and published UAE rules.

Mizanek is not a bank, broker, or licensed financial advisor, and nothing on Mizanek — including answers from Mizan, the AI agent — is financial advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial product. Always confirm figures with your bank and consult a licensed advisor before acting.

Some features need an account (email or Google sign-in). You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. You must be 18 or older. You can delete your account and data at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how.

Don't misuse Mizanek. In particular, you agree not to:

• attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or access other people's data;
• use the AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content;
• scrape, resell, or republish Mizanek's content or outputs as your own service;
• upload content you don't have the right to share.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Mizan and other AI features generate responses automatically from your inputs. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date — treat it as analysis to check, not truth to act on. Free accounts include a daily AI message allowance (currently 5 messages a day), which we may change with notice.

Calculators use published UAE rules (CBUAE, MOF, SCA) where they exist and clearly-labelled typical values you can adjust everywhere else. Results are illustrative — they are not quotes, and your bank's actual terms will differ. We work hard on accuracy but can't guarantee every figure for every situation.

Paid subscriptions (Plus and Business) are not yet available — during early access everything is free. When they launch, pricing, billing terms, renewal, and cancellation will be shown clearly at checkout and added to these terms before any payment is taken. The core of Mizanek stays free.

How we collect and handle data is covered in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Short version: your data is yours, we don't sell it, and you can export or delete it.

Mizanek is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial decisions you make, for losses arising from reliance on calculations or AI output, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update Mizanek and these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be flagged on this page with a new "last updated" date. You can stop using Mizanek at any time; we may discontinue or change features with reasonable notice.
